Athletic Trainer/Physical Therapist for Conservatory of Dance

SUNY Purchase’s Conservatory of Dance is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide the services of a single (1) Certified Athletic Trainer /or Physical Therapist who will provide on-campus evaluation and treatment of injuries sustained by students in the course of their study and production of dance; provide referrals for further treatment; provide access to the highest quality injury care and preventative resources, and provide instruction in injury prevention.

Any offeror submitting a response to this RFP must be able to provide the services according to the specifications outlined in the RFP. All qualifications and requirements listed in the RFP must be met by an offeror in order for its proposal to ultimately be considered.
