2025 AC Condenser Replacement Project for RIT 1 Program Building in Franklin County

OPWDD’s Contract Management Unit for Sunmount DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform AC Condenser Replacement for RIT Program Building located at 2445 State Route 30, Tupper Lake, NY 12986.

References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. OPWDD may request bidders to submit at least three (3) references (Name, Title, Phone Number, and Email Address) associated with three (3) different projects (OGS, public, or private sector) of similar scope and size to the one identified in this IFB that can provide evidence of the Contractor having experience in related work.

The contractor will be required to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive contractors(s) that provide the lowest Total Cost for AC Condenser Replacement for RIT 1 Program Building. Prevailing wage will apply.

Contractor and its subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) and submit their Certificate of Contractor Registration at the time of the bid submission for any Article 8 project.

Bid opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. Please refer to IFB, page 6, Section 13.A.(4) for detailed instructions.
