Concession Stand/Camp Needs 2025

The City of Eureka, Missouri is accepting proposals for 2025 Concession Stand and Camp Snack needs at the Eureka Parks & Recreation Office, #1 Coffey Park Lane, Eureka, MO 63025 until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at which time they will be opened and read.  Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “2025 Concession Stand Needs”. Bids shall consist of specific products, equipment and other services as defined and/or implied by the requirements provided in the bid form. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, all pricing must be good through December 31, 2025.

To simplify the review process, and to obtain the maximum degree of comparability, the bid must follow specifications detailed in the description column of the bid form, adding in count/case if different from stated.  Vendors are encouraged to include additional relevant information.

Please provide information for those personnel necessary to discuss order placement, performance issues, rebate consideration, direct payments, as well as your completed bid form.

The City of Eureka will evaluate all responses to the request for bid.  Staff may contact respondents to clarify submitted information.

Upon selection of a food vendor, the City of Eureka will negotiate a scope of services and other terms and conditions of an agreement with the selected vendor.
