Frequency: Monthly Service  (Provide Monthly Fee for Bid/Proposal)
Site Visit Required - THURSDAY, JANUARY 18, 2026, 2:00 P.M.

Service Area: Building Interior – offices, restrooms, boardrooms, kitchens, stairwells, windows, entryways, file / mail rooms, common areas/ public spaces. Approx. 12,000 sq ft
Building Exterior – Doorways, windows, entry points, eaves
Grounds – shrubs and hardscape on building perimeter
Bill/Pay: Monthly invoice Net 30-day, submitted to Alabama State Board of Pharmacy
To Qualify: Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial Pest Control Service
Provide monthly fee for services in bid/proposal
Site visit - Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 2 P.M. required for bid consideration
Scope of Work:
1. Inspect/monitor all interior areas listed including doorways, cabinets, closets, windowsills, appliance and equipment areas.
2. Prescription treatment of all interior areas listed including doorways, cabinets, closets, windowsills, appliance and equipment areas.
3. Set, check, replace traps throughout all interior areas for pest and rodent control.
4. Inspect/monitor all exterior areas/building perimeter including around HVAC units to identify conditions and concerns (wasp nests, bug infestations, rodents, etc.)
5. Perform exterior perimeter treatment along with Webster service around exterior doorways and windows.
6. Pest Control service compliant with bond/insurance regulations.
7. Inspect grounds, shrubs and hardscape surrounding the building, for areas of concern needing treatment (nests, rodents, infestations).
8. Care for any mounds within ten (10) feet of the structure.
9. Inform and advise ALBOP Procurement Manager of conditions, concerns, and areas requiring additional attention and treatment.
