This is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) for the Future LMTF Contract. Please see attached DRAFT PWS and CSDR Plan and review to provide the following feedback to the Government:
1. Are there any requirements of the Future LMTF effort that are incomplete or missing? Any suggested verbiage changes in order to more fully clarify any of the requirements?
2. If the Future LMTF requirement were to be competed (full & open competition), would your company expect to submit a proposal in response to a RFP?
The Government requests a response by 22 February, 2025 at noon MST.
Previously, Draft PWS's were provided as part of market research activities. The Government highlights below some of the requirements and/or changes to the Draft PWS since the previous version(s) were released:

Background Information on the LMTF mission is as follows: The US Air Force ICBM mission is to support fielded ICBM weapon systems and replacements. LMTF, located at Little Mountain, Ogden, Utah provides technical support, nuclear effects, survivability, and reliability testing. The program objectives are to assure nuclear hardness and reliability of designed or fielded systems are assessed and maintained throughout their operational life cycle and meet weapon system specifications. To accomplish these objectives, LMTF must support nuclear hardness and reliability testing of ICBM equipment, microelectronics and sub-assemblies by designing and conducting tests, operating, and maintaining the LMTF facility and all test equipment included therein.
