RFB ERO LIB #80-F-6-24/25 REBID (B) - 2025 Pipe Culvert Repairs/Replacements REBID (B)

The project consists of: The installation, repair, and replacement of pipe culverts; and all incidental work as indicated in the Specifications, or the Special Provisions, on selected roadways from the County’s 2025 paving contracts. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. Bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the Project. Pre-qualification forms shall be submitted at least fifteen (15) days before bid opening. Application forms are available for download from the Bureau of Engineering website.
