The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Transportation (MnDOT), intends to enter an agreement with Randall-Reilly, LLC (dba Fusable) to provide Equipment Watch Light cloud-hosting services, maintenance, & support for up to twenty-four months. Equipment Watch Light is used by MnDOT Districts and the Office of Construction and Innovative Contracting to determine hourly equipment prices for extra work on all MnDOT contracts required by MnDOT Technical Memorandum 24-01-C-01 referenced in MnDOT Standard Specifications 1904.
This purchase has been determined a single source because Randall-Reilly, LLC retain exclusive ownership, copyrights, and trademark of Equipment Watch Light cloud-hosting services, maintenance, & support. These services are not available through third-party sources.
