Window Cleaning RQHR Facilities

Purpose: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit vendors to provide window cleaning services for the Pasqua Hospital, Regina General Hospital, Wascana Rehab Centre and Regina Pioneer Village. This service shall involve annual cleaning and monthly cleanings as outlined below.
Term of Contract: The term of this contract shall be for a 36 month period beginning with the option of two 12 months mutual options for extension.
Pricing: The awarded vendor is required to provide all required equipment to complete the job. A scissor lift will required for the annual interior cleaning at the Pasqua Hospital. The scissor lift will not be provided by the SHA for any of the sites; the cost of the rental or use will be reflected in the vendor’s quoted price.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
There will be a mandatory site visit for those companies wishing to participate in the Request for Proposal for Window Cleaning Services. Representatives from Facilities Management, Environmental Services and Purchasing will be in attendance to answer all questions and provide explanation of job descriptions while on the tour. Details and Questions will be posted as an Addendum. Participants will be met at the front entrance of each facility. Please register with Terrence Shaw at Terrence.shaw@saskhealthauthority.ca on or before November 14 at 15:00 SK time.
***Any Vendor not in Attendance will be disqualified from the competition. **
