Project Description: The Dallas Police Department (DPD) seeks information from qualified vendors capable of providing non-sworn personnel to respond to non-emergency, report-only, and low-risk incidents currently dispatched through the City’s 911 Communications Center. This initiative aims to reduce the demand on sworn officers, maintain high levels of customer service, and provide a scalable, CJIS-compliant civilian response program.
