The contractor shall upload a copy of his license or renewal thereof, pursuant to
Section 43-07-12 of the North Dakota Century Code, as amended, through
QuestCDN.
The contractor shall upload a copy of his bidder’s bond in the amount of five
percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law, through QuestCDN. The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal’s bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award.

Work shall consist of approximately one rental truck scale, demolition of existing
scale and building, grading, new scale building and two scales, utility services,
paving, permitting and related items as indicated in the project documents.
