Description
The purpose of this negotiated request for proposal (the NRFP) is to receive proposals from experienced and qualified proponents for a Student Housing Management System (the “SHMS”) that will meet or exceed the requirements listed in Section 2 of the NRFP Document, and to supply, deliver and maintain one SHMS and associated services. The SHMS will be required to assist in the management and administration of our student housing operations, including occupancy management, housing applications, programming and events, student conduct, front desk interface, roommate matching, inventory management, student leader management, and a robust and accessible user experience.
