Description: The Contractor shall renovate approximately 2,000 SF (storage room, waiting and receptions areas) to provide a supply room, vestibule and waiting rooms, and reception and lobby corridor spaces at the Terminal 1 Police Station at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). Work includes new vinyl flooring tiles, ballistic glazing, storefront, HVAC ducting, electric, LED lighting, fire protection, etc.
