The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL, is seeking information for potential sources to design, fabricate, install, and test a number of Damage Control Wet Trainer (DCWT) devices. These devices will be used to train and evaluate damage control team performance in the identification, reporting, and repair of flooding casualties resulting from piping ruptures and ship collisions. The devices will be installed at six locations, both CONUS and OCONUS.
