Solicits input from interested stakeholders to inform the NYSERDA Environmental Research Program in developing a new Marine and Coastal Resources Energy Research Plan. This Request for Information (RFI 6184) will help NYSERDA gain information to address information gaps and research needs on the impacts, benefits and co-utilization opportunities from energy development and operation on environmental and fisheries resources. The items in the final research plan will be prioritized using criteria such as alignment with New York State policies, alignment with NYSERDA and program goals, and feasibility.
