Plans will be made available electronically by VHB by contacting Annie Costandi, Water Quality Director, at acostandi@essex.org. Sealed Bids will be received at the Essex Town Offices or mailed to the Town of Essex Public Works Department, 81 Main Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452, until 10:00 AM on Friday, December 6, 2024. Questions can be directed to the Town Public Works Office at (802) 878-1344. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for the project on Wednesday November 20, 2024 at 1 PM at 81 Main Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452, with an optional site visit to follow if requested.
