Solicitation Description:
WMATA strives to be the best ride in the nation. As such, gauging customer' perceptions of WMATA is critical to keeping our system current by addressing riders' needs. WMATA gauges its customers' perceptions through intercept surveys, telephone surveys, online surveys, mail survey (i.e., surveys distributed through the mail), and qualitative research. As such, WMATA needs a contract vehicle that can expedite the process for conducting the following types of research projects: 1. Intercept Surveys 2. Online Surveys 3. Telephone Surveys 4. Mixed Sample Survey Projects 5. Focus Groups and In-Depth Interviews 6. Human-Centered Design Research This contract will have a one-year base period with five one-year option years. Offerors can propose any, some, or all of the six types of services listed above if they have the experience and capability of providing high quality services in the given category (or categories). Unless otherwise prohibited, Offerors may employ subcontractors to perform any portion of work required to fulfill tasks assigned to them by WMATA. The names of the subcontractors must be included in the proposal, along with their professional credentials and evidence that they have been successful at completing similar work in the past.
