Professional Services for the Oneida County FAA-Designated Unmanned Aircraft System
("UAS") Test Site and SkyDome
Proposals, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the Oneida County Department of
Aviation until October 16, 2026, for RFP No. 2026-458 - Professional Services for the Oneida County FAA-
Designated Unmanned Aircraft System ("UAS") Test Site and SkyDome
Copies of the Request for Proposals (RFP) and any addenda will be available on the County's website at
https://ocgov.net/departments/purchasing/rfps/. All respondents should visit the website regularly to ensure
receipt of any addenda. It is the respondent's sole responsibility to ensure receipt of all addenda.

The envelope for submissions must be clearly marked "RFP No. 2026-458 - Professional Services for the
Oneida County FAA-Designated Unmanned Aircraft System ("UAS") Test Site and SkyDome."
All submissions must be received by no later than October 16, 2026. Submissions received after this date will
not be accepted.
