THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY: This announcement seeks information from the industry, which will be used for preliminary planning purposes for procurement. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this sources sought notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. THIS IS STRICTLY MARKET RESEARCH.
Department of Veteran Affairs Togus VA Medical Center, Maine Healthcare system, requires Mobile Laboratory Casework furnished and installed to complete the Phase 2 Renovation of the Pathology Laboratory. The products shall be brand name or equal to the Mott Manufacturing Optima 2100 series casework products in accordance with salient characteristics listed below:

All counter tops 1" thick epoxy

3 steel shelves per set up

Hanging cabinets per schedule
2 circuits per bench
2 Cat 6A per bench

Shelving to be painted steel
Â
All exposed ends of casework to be finished
Drill in field holes for xg3-ø3" grommet as required at workstations
MOBILE CASEWORK and ACCESSORIES

Salient Characteristics: to include minimum of the following specifications:
Basis of Design is Mott Manufacturing Optima 2100 Square Bench Systems
Single sided bench with 2 square rear uprights and 2 square legs

Self-supporting benches with either fixed or adjustable-height work surfaces

Pre-plumbed and pre-wired quick connect mechanical service fixtures are used in conjunction with overhead service carriers or ceiling panels
Â
Shelving and work surfaces adjustable in 1 increments
