Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH), Fort Carson, CO, requires newborn screening testing. See attached draft performance work statement (PWS) for full details. A five-year contract (base period of one year and four one-year options) is anticipated, to begin 1 April 2026.
Annual Workload estimate: 900 newborn screenings, 900 hearing screenings, and 12 birth certificate corrections.
