Project Description: Construction of permanent roadway improvements at the Walmart Driveway entrance located on Avenue 8E. The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following elements: construction of an additional left turn lane; extension of the existing median; installation of new traffic signage; application of updated pavement striping; installation and/or modification of traffic signals.
