Telephone Operator Services for U.S. Mission Spain & Andorra

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Madrid, Spain will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

This requirement is to provide 24/7 telephone operator services to U.S. Mission Spain and Andorra.

The estimated number of calls per month is 1,200.

The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, https://sam.gov/content/home, when submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
