Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) – Sole Source Bridge Award for Deloitte Consulting LLP

This announcement constitutes as a NOCA by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) Hanscom AFB, MA. The Department of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communication Battle Management (PEO C3BM), Architecture & Systems Engineering Contracting Division (ASE), intends to award a sole-source Bridge action to Deloitte Consulting LLP for continuation of essential program integration support for the Advanced Battle Management System(ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) program under FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. A redacted Justification and Approval will be published after contract award.
