The exterior wall (approximately 135 feet wide by 47 feet tall) between the terminal and short term parking garage needs
algae growth removed due to limited sunlight and environmental moisture.
The cleaning can only be done either mechanically with brushes or with a low pressure pressure washer.
No chemicals are to be used, water only.
The exterior wall consist of smooth, painted aluminum panels, sealed by rubber gaskets.
In addition we require a building anchor inspection and certification of 285 Roof Safety Anchors, located on the terminal roof.
