The Office of Naval Research Global (ONR-G) requires continued, long term international and domestic wireless services not offered by the current Navy Spiral 4 contract N0024424D0005. The carrier Must be able to activate services for or deliver devices to anyone stationed overseas. The wireless services (i.e. Voice, Text and Data) must be at an acceptable quality level that is functional with international Global System for Mobiles (GSM) Mobile Telecommunications Infrastructure for a period of performance of one 12-month base year and four 12-month option periods.
