The scope of work is the complete abatement and disposal as asbestos-containing material (ACM) as noted in the itemized list in the October 29, 2024 REPORT OF PRE-RENOVATION ASBSETOS INSPECTION for the Pulaski Pool House at 162 Washington Street. The ACM materials include asbestos window caulking, mudded thermal insulation and associated debris.
