RFP 25-159 - Interface Managed Services

SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University “SUNY-DHSU” solicits proposals from qualified vendors, of which one will be selected to provide interface maintenance and support to SUNY-DHSU’s University Hospital. The selected vendor will support our increasing demands of the integration support of the hospital’s clinic, revenue cycle, multiple ancillary systems and regulatory HIE data exchange transfer systems. The key to this support will be to assist with HL7 interface development, troubleshooting and resolution at SUNY-DHSU.

PLEASE NOTE: Vendor must download Exhibit B, Mandatory Requirements and Detailed Specifications, and Exhibit C – Cost Proposal Grid and must complete these in Microsoft Excel format.

Any updates to the solicitation and answers to questions will be posted and released through the New York State Contract Reporter, and via email. It is the responsibility of all vendors to:

• Register with the New York State Contract Reporter and sign up to receive notifications about this solicitation; or

• Periodically check the New York State Contract Reporter for any updates or answers to questions pertaining to this solicitation.

If interested in participating in this RFP, vendors must complete and submit their Summary Information Form (Page 1 of RFP), and submit it via email to Perla.Adames@Downstate.edu , and copy Kyra.Binaxas@Downstate.edu . Upon receipt of the completed Summary Information Form, vendors will be added to the vendors list for this solicitation and will receive periodic updates and notifications regarding this RFP via email.

Be advised that submission of responses to the solicitation that do not reflect and take into account updated information may result in your proposal being deemed non-responsive to the solicitation.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Section 139 j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contacts for this procurement are the individuals listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any agency.
