Sealed bids should be submitted to the Town of Apex, 105 Upchurch St., Apex, North Carolina 27502, Attn: Steve Maynard and marked “OUTDOOR POWER TRANSFORMER BID”. Do not open until 2:00 on November 20th, 2025.”
