U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit quotes in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) 70B03C26Q00000020 for Indoor Firing Ranges. The Government intends to make a single award resulting from this solicitation. The anticipated contract will be issued with a base period and four (4), one-year option periods. All services are defined in the statement of work (SOW), which will be included with the RFQ. The solicitation documents will be issued on or about 1/23/2026.
The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued as full and open with no small business set aside by posting to this notice. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 713990, All Other Amusement and Recreation Industries, is determined to be appropriate for this project.
The purpose of this procurement is to acquire a commercial space that can accommodate training and firearms qualification in a regulatory compliant, safe, and fully functional facility. The facility must be within a 45-mile radius of the following address.

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, facilities, equipment, utilities, and personnel necessary to satisfy the requirements.
Potential quoters must register at https://sam.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract neither does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice.
