Custodial Services

The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals from qualified vendors for Custodial Services. The Vidalia Board of Education is seeking the most cost ¿ effective option for Custodial Services to be performed system-wide.
The primary objective in maintaining clean conditions is to provide a safe, healthy, and pleasant learning and work environment. The environment must be maintained throughout the building and immediate grounds in all variations of weather and occupancy. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, inspecting, surface cleaning, deep cleaning, and reporting. Items such as restrooms, sinks, walls, carpet, windows, vents, doors, furniture and fixtures must be properly and thoroughly cleaned. The awarded vendor must adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding employment safety, and environmental standards.
