Iconergy, Ltd ("Design-Builder") is submitting a proposal to replace water meters in the Town of Breckenridge Colorado ("Owner"). This project will carry a 20-year warranty, and all costs associated with procuring equipment, developing implementation schedules, replacing meters, coordinating work with the Town of Breckenridge and its homeowners, filing any required permits, commissioning and testing the system, providing training, and "updating the system" including updating software or hardware for the term of the agreement must be included in pricing.
