Description
This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source the following requirement.
The VA Maryland Healthcare System seeks services, support, and licenses for the five Philips ICCA systems that are located within VISN 05:
Locations:
Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center, 1540 Spring Valley Drive, Huntington WV 25704
Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center, 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg WV 26301
Martinsburg VA Medical Center, 510 Butler Avenue, Martinsburg WV 25405
VA Maryland Healthcare System, 10 N Greene St, Baltimore, MD 21201
Washington DC VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street, NW, Washington DC 20422
Equipment: CS770 IntelliSpace CC & Anesthesia H
The contractor shall provide 24x7 remote support, software updates, upgrades, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, technical support, database administration support and training, application configuration and consulting, licenses and server patching. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables.
Estimated Period of Performance: 02/01/2025-01/31/2026.
This requirement will have a base year with two one-year option periods.
Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. Information received in response to this Notice will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
The VA Maryland Healthcare System intends to award this requirement as a sole source to Philips Healthcare (a Division of Philips North America, LLC) UEI Number: PWFVQLA9SX78
