Bid price shall include all charges for the purchase of the material furnished and loaded at the plant into Town of Wellesley vehicles or Town of Wellesley authorized vehicles. The various types of mix to be offered by the bidder must be of the best quality and must meet the standards and requirements of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation and the requirements of the Director of Public Works of the Town of Wellesley.
