Description: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) hereby solicits a technical and cost proposal to retain consultants with transportation planning, conceptual design, and transportation market research capabilities. The MTA’s intention is to enter into five-year agreements with several firms (collectively referred to as the “pool.”) who will provide such services on an as-needed basis.
