2026 BID FOR SUMMER ROAD MATERIALS

Sealed proposals will be received by the North Strabane Township Board of Supervisors, Washington County, until 12:45 PM on Thursday, March 12, 2026 and the same day will be publicly opened and read at 1:00 PM. The Board of Supervisors will vote Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. for the following summer road materials:

MATERIALS

20,000   Gallons Oil

15,000   Gallons Fog Seal

1,050     Tons Asphalt Mixes

400     Tons Road Aggregate

20,000   Gallons Diesel Fuel

20,000   Gallons 87 Octane Gasoline

NOTE: All materials must be PennDOT approved: all quantities are more or less.

Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to North Strabane Township.  Please mark “BID FOR SUMMER ROAD MATERIALS” on the envelope.

North Strabane Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
