Management Services for Self-Funded Group Health Insurance

The intent of this RFP is to establish a contract with an administrator to provide improved care management and the ability to achieve significant reductions in the total cost of care per member without sacrificing the quality of care delivered for the District’s group health program.

The core components of the District’s program include:

• Health Plan Administrative Services Only (ASO)
  • G roup Medical Plans
  • Medicare Advantage Plan

This RFP does not include agent or broker services, but the administrator is required to partner and coordinate all applicable services with the District and/or its vendors and consultants throughout the duration of the term of the contract.
