New Gas Access Path Clearing & Grading Project, Devens, MA
MassDevelopment Project No. 26-021
The Massachusetts Development Finance Agency ("MassDevelopment" or "Owner"), a
Massachusetts body politic and corporate established and existing under Chapter 23G of the
Massachusetts General Laws, having its principal place of business at 99 High Street, 11th Floor,
Boston, Massachusetts 02110, invites sealed bids for the Access Path Clearing & Grading Project
No. 26-021 in Devens, Massachusetts.
Work includes Clearing & Grubbing an approximately 40,000 SF (1,200' x 33') path and limited
grading to accommodate construction of a new gas service, within the project limits.
Electronic copies of Contract Documents will be available beginning Wednesday October 14, 2026,
at 12:00 PM by contacting Christine Brown (CBrown@massdevelopment.com/978-784-2963) or

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday October 20, 2026, at 33 Andrews Parkway,
Devens MA. Site visit to follow. Bids are due no later than 2:00 PM on Thursday October
29, 2026, at the MassDevelopment Devens offices, and will be publicly opened and read aloud.
MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Award of the contract
for the work contemplated by the IFB may be subject to the approval of MassDevelopment Board of Directors.
