Crime Tip Line Services

The Contractor must provide an anonymous tip line answering service that will answer anonymous tip line calls.
A. The Contractor must be available 24/7 365 days a year to answer calls.

B. The Contractor must be able to interface with the Navigate 360/ P3 tip software to submit tips.
C. The Contractor must be able to receive tips in English and Spanish with bilingual operators.
D. The Contractor must be able to receive phone calls utilizing an anonymous format, maintaining confidentiality.
E. The Contractor must be able to receive calls from our dedicated tips number using a transfer (DID) service.
