Draft Solicitation Southern Expansion of Arlington National Cemetery (ANCSE) Phase III Cemetery Expansion

W9123625R2000 SOUTHERN EXPANSION PHASE III CEMETERY EXPANSION AT ARLINGTON NATIONAL CEMETERY, ARLINGTON, VA - DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

USACE Norfolk District requests all interested parties to review and comment on the Draft Request for Proposal No. W9123625R2000 pertaining to the Southern Expansion Phase III at Arlington National Cemetery procurement. The Draft RFP is being issued for informational purposes to assist the Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District (USACE NAO) in developing a Final RFP for this procurement. However, input is not required.

USACE NAO IS NOT REQUESTING PROPOSALS AT THIS TIME. Interested parties shall not submit proposals in response to this Draft RFP. This announcement neither constitutes a request for proposal or invitation for bid. This announcement should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Any proposals received in response to this Draft RFP will be discarded without review.

Interested parties will have until 22 November 2024, to submit comments regarding the Draft RFP. All comments shall be submitted in the Microsoft Excel format provided on the procurement website, separated by RFP section. Please do not make any changes to the Microsoft Excel formatting with the exception of adding rows as needed. USACE will not respond to, nor publicly post, any verbal or written questions or comments pertaining to the Draft RFP; however, USACE will consider comments when preparing the Final RFP; however, the government will not publish responses to questions. Interested parties will be given the opportunity to submit questions and comments in writing for USACE response once the Final RFP is issued.
