The City of Marlborough, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed (electronic) bids for the roof replacement at Bigelow School located at 57 Orchard Street in Marlborough MA; Project PF 2025-04 in accordance with the Contract Documents prepared by Context Studios LLC including roofing removal, roof replacement including installation of new underlayment, new roof insulation, and new EPDM roof membrane and flashings; new metal roof edge and flashings; new and salvaged roof hatches; new unit skylights; and related work as required to complete the project as indicated on the Contract Documents. The work schedule is 45 calendar days and is estimated to cost approximately $617,000.
