Cooperative Bid for Road Salt & Treated Rock Salt

The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for PW-1229 Cooperative Bid for Road Salt and/or Treated Rock Salt. within a cooperative bid involving the communities of Ashland, Bellingham, Framingham, Holliston, Hopedale, Marlboro, Milford, Natick, and Sherborn.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet  portal on Wednesday September 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
