This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430, with a small business size standard of $15 Million. This NAICS code is subject is not subject to a waiver.

The VA Portland Healthcare System, Vancouver Division intends to procure software, licensing, warranty and full-time operator for existing V-Armed Immersive Virtual Reality (VR) Training System.
