IFB S2025-001 100% Construction Plans
The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to furnish, install and provide
all labor and materials, tools and machinery
required for the construction of Phase 1 of the Main Street Streetscape. The project to be constructed will be financed with assistance from the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) program and is subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
