Sealed Bids for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810 until the time specified below at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.  The time received will be stamped on each bid and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing office will be the determining time.

Specifications and bid forms may be obtained on the Central Purchasing Department webpage located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

There is no Security required on this bid.

A materials Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid total will be required upon contract execution if the contract exceeds $25,000.00.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof.

The bidding and award of this contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30B § 5 Option.
