Amendment 003 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend 1) update section L.2 to extend the question due date to 5pm ET, March 23, 2026; 2) update section L.3 to extend the proposal due date to April 8, 2026 at 5pm ET; 3) update section L.6 to increase the page limit to 25 and exlcude Cover Letter, Table of Contents, and Resumes from the page limit count; 4) update section L.7.1.3 (b) to extend the Past Performance Survey due date to April 8, 2026 at 5pm; 5) update section L.7.2.2 to remove "The offeror may add additiona rows to the table as needed"; and 6) correct section M.5.2, Past Performance to within five (5) years.
Amendment 002 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct a typographical error in section L.7.1.3 Section 3 – Past Performance.
Amendment 001 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate SECTION E – EVALUATION, INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE into the solictitaion and update the Past Performance Questionnaire.
