NOTICE OF 2026 PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTS
The Planning Board of the Township of Millburn in the County of Essex has awarded the following professional contracts without competitive bidding, pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11-2(6) and N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(i) and/or N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(a)(a)(ii). This contracts are available for public inspection in the Office of the Secretary/Clerk to the Board, Millburn Town Hall, 22 East Willow Street, Millburn, NJ 07041.
Awarded to: Erik Keller of Bowman Consulting
Services: Planning Board Engineer
Amount: $180 per hour for all required engineering services

Services: Planning Board Conflict Engineer
