Bulk Rock Salt for Use on Roadways

Sealed bids will be received by the City Finance Director of the City of Morgantown, West Virginia, until September 24, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (e.s.t.) for 2,000 tons of BULK ROCK SALT for use on roadways as a snow and ice melting agent in accordance with the specifications on file and available from the Public Works Department, 200 M-Tec Drive, Morgantown, West Virginia, 26501.

All bids shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bid 2026-05. Each bidder shall submit a five percent (5%) bid bond, certified check, or postal money order for each or all section(s) of bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days. All Bids must be submitted to:
