INFORMATION FOR SUBMISSION
1. INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE
Finney County, Kansas (“County”) is seeking qualified architectural and design to provide professional services for the evaluation, design, documentation, and construction administration of roofing replacement, restoration, and repair projects across multiple County-owned facilities. This RFQ supports the County’s Roof Replacement and Repair RFB and is intended to secure a design professional to assist with:

Pre-construction evaluation and prioritization

Development of technical specifications and drawings

Bid support and contractor coordination

Construction oversight and closeout
2. PROJECT OVERVIEW
The County is planning roof improvements at the following facilities:

3. SCOPE OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The selected firm shall provide services including, but not limited to:

7. CONTRACT TYPE
The County anticipates entering into a professional services agreement with the selected firm. Compensation may be structured as:
