Synopsis:

The items of work are distributed across 2 sites which include a range of repairs such as:

1Site 1:
Remove debris in the channel around the bridge site.
Embankment fill, regrade and armoring at south abutment and wing walls.
Embankment armoring at north abutment.
Install gravel guards along both rails.
Repair section of rail.
Repair tops of spalled precast box girders.
Install drain holes in girder voids.
2Site 2:
Remove debris in the channel and embankments around the bridge site.
Embankment armoring at south abutment.
Embankment fill, regrade and armoring at north abutment.
Installation of wood preservatives in wing wall piles.

Tenders marked "RM No. 190 - 2026 Bridge Maintenance, Tender No. RM190-Bridge-1" will be received by the Rural Municipality of Dufferin via email, no later than 2:00 P.M. Central Standard Time (SK), December 5th, 2025.

A video conference pre-submission meeting will be held via Zoom regarding this competition on November 25th, 2025, at 11:00:00 am, CST(SK) for any interested bidders. Please email the contact noted in the Instructions for Procurement Part 3, by end of day on November 24th, 2025, to request an invitation to the online meeting.
