This project is gernerally described as installation of retrofit roof system over existing standing seam metal roof system on select buildings at the Baskerville Correctional Center. The existing metal roof is to be left in place and insulation placed in between the flutes, followed by installation of cover board and the new roof membrane. All related flashings, penetrations, and curbs are encompassed in the roof retrofit and other work indicated in the Contract Documents.
