Sealed bids for the following project will be received by the Town of Wake Forest at 301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587.  The bid opening will occur in Meeting Room 001 A/B on May 26, 2026, at 2 p.m.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on April 14, 2026, at 10 a.m. at 301 S. Brooks Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587 in Meeting Room 001 A/B.  Following the pre-bid meeting, a site visit will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.  All prospective bidders are required to attend.
